1. Leverage your team & core community members.

Your team members & community members are great affiliates as they have skin in the game and also understand the value of your project well.

Some of the top affiliates are protocols' team members. For example, tano is the community manager of GMX, and he is the 3rd biggest GMX affiliate who drove$855M trading volume.

If there are communities/projects you are already working with, reach out to them and ask for their help to drive traffic and do rev sharing.
